Common Questions
Your first visit will begin with a brief skin consultation so I can understand your skin type, concerns, and goals. From there, I'll recommend the best treatment and walk you through every step of the process. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to fill out a short intake form.
For most clients, a facial every 4–6 weeks aligns with the skin's natural renewal cycle and helps maintain results. However, the ideal frequency depends on your skin type and goals — we can create a personalized plan during your visit.
Come with a clean face if possible, and avoid exfoliating or using retinol products 24–48 hours before your appointment. If you have any active skin conditions or allergies, please mention them when booking.
Please contact me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer your spot to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
